Kei said" Well, I have had physical training, and a little bit of combat practice, but nothing even remotely close to bragging about." He smiled lightly and non-confidently.

Kei said" Well, I guess it would be easier to show you then to actually tell you." Kei had actually been a hunter when he was learning from his dad's friend. He was used to fighting instincts in combat. He used a style called counter, and because of his age when he was younger, he wore a hood and mask when along with his teacher in hunting.

Kei took a second, he shut his eyes breathing in deeply. He said" It's been a while for me, but don't hold back to much." Kei stood in a basic karate stand. Really his style was counters, but he didn't want to show to much of what he was good at.

Kei performed a jackhammer kick on the knee. (A high kick that you bring your leg up to your body, then down for a downwards kick with the heel.) Kei knew aerial combat was best suited for the guy on the ground till wings got involved. With the unbalancing kick he followed with a fake jab.
add on: Kei's eyes had changed from happy to ready at this point, he didn't hold a smile, but combat had never been about smiling for him. It was neutralize the target, even by painful means if he must.

Kei returned to original stance. He held up his arms in a combat stance and thought" That will be good to know for later." He shifted his stand a little, opening his hands. He legs in a little bit broader stance now.

Kei moved his stance just a little more, this was a Tai oh, a movement stance for quickly regaining your footing after movement, one of the side step stances.

Kei saw the first punch. He took his forehead and his the fist directly. Kei also took this chance to kick the same knee again. He took some of the punches to do the attack set.

After he backed off his punch from taking a forehead to the fist, Kei moved into a roll, using the heel to aim for his face, with this close of range, the gravity and full body movement would be hard to dodge. He would either dodge completely, or the kick would hit, and he would kick really hard with his other foot, since he would be using the other foot on the person for the balance of the kick.
